Welcome to MoveMate. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MoveMate platform operated by Aztrix Media Ltd. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the MoveMate moving company management platform.
• "User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Company Account" refers to a registered business account on MoveMate.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Aztrix Media Ltd.

2. Account Registration

To use MoveMate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All plans include a 14-day free trial
• Prices are in GBP and exclude applicable taxes
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to MoveMate
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
• We will not access your data except to provide support or as required by law
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days

6. Intellectual Property

The MoveMate platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Aztrix Media Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency repairs without notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss; maintain your own backups

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aztrix Media Ltd. from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may terminate for breach of these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will end

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
